I walk hand in hand with my future

Do I define that future as destiny or fate

Destiny is defined as “the events that will necessarily happen to a particular person or thing in the future”

While fate is defined as “the development of events beyond a person's control, regarded as determined by a supernatural power”

Is it that supernatural power?

Am I in control of the events and paths that I take?

 

I walk hand in hand with my future

Maybe it’s destiny that guides me

Maybe it is fate that controls me

But it is my future

And I choose

I decide to choose to surround myself with good

I decide to be kind to others and open to world in front of me

Wherever I may go

I choose

Whether I am unknowingly being

Guided

Is unknown to me

 

I walk hand in hand with my future

I will go along the path I choose

Destiny or Fate

 

My choices

that shines bright on the darkest of nights.

I rest my head,

On my pillow.

Close my eyes and dream.

I still shine.

You can see me there,

In the night.

I shine for you.

I shine for me.

In my dreams I guide,

It carries over,

From the darkness

To the day

It spills

Becomes a Seed.

That becomes a Flower.

That is Life.

That is Love.

 

I am hope.
